Step 1 – Contact Information

Step 2 – Send Us Your Location
We need to know the exact location where you want the service to be installed. To do so, we need you to send your GPS location via WhatsApp Messenger.
This is not the same thing as your address, we already have that on your application.
Send the location to the Account Manager (found in step 1).
Please send the full name and email address that was used on the application along with your location
Once you have submitted your GPS location, our technical team will assess your address to determine if you are eligible for the service. Your account manager will contact you with the result.

How to send your location on WhatsApp
This helpful feature is very easy to use. We will take you through the process, step-by-step, to share WhatsApp Location with your iPhone.
Step 1: Open WhatsApp app from your iPhone
Step 2: Choose any of the conversation, in which you want to share WhatsApp Location.
Step 3: Tap on the plus ‘+’ icon, bottom-left.
Step 4: A menu option will open with the list of different items you can share with WhatsApp. Select the Location option.
Note: If this is the first time you are going to use this feature. Then the app will ask for permission, in order to access the location through the iPhones GPS. Allow the WhatsApp permission and continue next.
Step 5: Using the GPS WhatsApp will now able to discover your location and will show on the app. Satisfied with your location, then just tap on the button labeled, ‘Send Your Location.’
Open WhatsApp and select the conversation or contact of your choice.
Next, tap the paperclip icon located in the upper righthand corner of your screen. Select Location.
Wait for the app to detect your current position on the map. When your position has been located, tap on either Send my current location, or select one of the nearby points of interest.
Step 3 – Pay the deposit
After you have been contacted by the account manager about your location results. You may now go to the closest payment location and pay your required deposit.
You will be given a stamped receipt which is to be sent to to the Account Manager for payment confirmation.
Please ensure that the payment is made in the same name that was used on the application. You should also write your phone number on the receipt for further verification.
Step 4 – Installation
Once your payment has been cleared. We will begin to schedule your installation.
Please allow up to 10 business days for a technician to reach out to you on the number or email address you have provided.
