Terms & Conditions
A minimum deposit of $22,000 is required to begin installation. Once payment is received, the installation will be carried out within 1-15 business days.
Each customer is given a 7 day money back warranty after installation. If you are unsatisfied with the service within the 7 day warranty period, you are eligible for a refund of up to 70% of the installation fee.
Surge Protectors are required for all installations. If the customer does not have their own, we will install one and bill the cost to the customer’s account.
To ensure quality service, we use high quality outdoor Ethernet cable for each installation. The cable is charged per foot and is not included in the installation fee. Antenna mounts may also be required for installations. If you have not set up your own, we will do so at a cost not included in the installation fee.
An invoice will be given to each customer on the day of the installation which will reflect these additional charges. You are however not required to pay this on that day and will be given up to 10 days to pay.
The equipment installed on your premises, namely the CPE (antenna) and wireless router are property of NextGen Solutions Limited, if you choose to disconnect from our services or fail to pay your monthly bills, you will be required to hand over the equipment or face legal action.
